To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

To begin the return process, email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to clovantissystems@gmail.com . If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos showing the issue to help us process your request quickly. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns not meeting our guidelines may be refused.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If an item partially meets the return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve it efficiently.
